RETURN

You must submit a return request via this contact form. We will then complete a returns form for you. Please include the following information:

• Order number

• Rode

• Account number + name

• Date of application

If we receive returned items that don't meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept them. You can, of course, pick up the item at our salon in Papendrecht. If we have to send the package back to you, we will have to charge you shipping costs again.

Terms and Conditions

• All items must be returned within 14 days . Orders placed outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• The order must be returned in the original packaging.

• The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Tags must be attached.

• There is no washing guarantee. Any problems that arise after washing are at your own risk.
